Wants
Senior leaders and executives who run global or multicultural teams and have a real story about a cultural misunderstanding, management or leadership across cultures at work, and what they learned from it. Heads of L&D, People and Talent, and HR leaders who work with international teams and see these problems up close: feedback, promotion, mergers, remote teams, working in a second language. Executive coaches, leadership programme directors and business school faculty who work with leaders across cultures. What matters most is a concrete story from your own experience, not theory or corporate language.
Do not pitch
Guests who want to sell. This isn’t a platform for pitching products, services or courses. You’re welcome to mention your work at the end, but the conversation is about the problem, not the offer. Pay-to-play offers. I don’t charge guests and I don’t accept payment for appearances. General talks about diversity. I’m not looking for “why diversity matters” or presentations full of corporate language. I want one specific problem and a real story behind it. National stereotypes. The show looks at cultural patterns and working styles, not “people from country X are like this.” Guests without hands-on experience. If you haven’t led, trained or coached international teams yourself, this probably isn’t the right show for you. Booking agencies sending generic pitches. If you’re pitching a client, tell me the specific story they would bring.
Reachable, but check the format. The contact is the show's own and it is independently published, but recent episode titles show little sign of interviews. Read a few before pitching.
