Check whether they charge. Some shows sell guest slots rather than booking them, and rates in some fields run to thousands. Nothing in a podcast feed reliably says so, so we do not claim either way. Ask before you write the pitch.
Worth a pitch. This show publishes its own contact, sits outside the national chart, is independently published, and its recent episodes show it books guests.

How this show compares to other health & wellness podcasts

What the show says about itself

When I started this show, I had no clear direction — no perfect plan, no “ideal guest.” So, I committed to recording 21 episodes and figured if something clicked, I’d keep going. Around episode 12, a guest flipped the script and started asking me the hard questions. I was terrified to publish it — but I’d be a hypocrite to ask for people’s truth if I wasn’t willing to give mine. Then a 17-year-old approached me at the gym after hearing my story. He told me that at 16, he tried to take his own life. And somehow, hearing that episode gave him the hope to keep going. This podcast is now a mission
